Md Farid Uddin, Executive Vice President is highly committed and visionary banker especially in Project Finance, Investment Recovery & Treatment of Overdue Clients. At present, he is serving the bank as Head of Investment Administration Division. Prior to this position, he was assigned with the responsibility of Head of Investment Recovery Division under Investment Management Wing.

He started his career with Islami Bank Bangladesh Limited on 01 September, 1993 as Probationary Officer. He has passed through a long banking career with highest level of professionalism. During this vibrant & dedicated banking career, he has earned reputation as an investment specialist. Earlier, he discharged his duties as Head of Branch and Divisional Head of different units of the Bank.

Mr. Farid obtained his Masters of Science in Chemistry from University of Dhaka and also attained M.B.A degree in Finance and Banking from Manarat International University, Dhaka.

He attended various professional training programs, conferences, seminars, symposiums both home and abroad. He also acts as a regular trainer, resource person & examiner in different reputed Banking institutions of Bangladesh.
